David Serpa is one of French Valley's most established real estate professionals, having sold nearly 500 homes and built one of the region's top-performing teams. A former United States Marine, Serpa settled in French Valley after being stationed at Camp Pendleton in 2010 and transitioned into real estate in 2013.

Serpa has led real estate teams, managed brokerages, and taught real estate to both high school students and adults across the country. He is the author of five books and a former Screen Actors Guild member
